Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct applies to all hosts managed by Vinka Live Agency. All hosts are expected to uphold these standards consistently. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or termination from the agency.

1. Platform Compliance

All hosts must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service at all times. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Following all content policies set by TikTok.
  • Respecting platform features and not exploiting bugs or loopholes.
  • Keeping your account in good standing — avoid community guideline strikes.
  • Using only legitimate methods to grow your audience and engagement.

2. Respectful Behavior

Hosts represent our agency and are expected to maintain professionalism:

  • Treat all viewers, fellow hosts, and staff with respect and courtesy.
  • Do not engage in personal attacks, bullying, or targeted harassment.
  • Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere during LIVE sessions.
  • Respect cultural differences and diverse perspectives.
  • Handle disagreements or negative comments with composure and maturity.

3. Content Safety

The following content is strictly prohibited during LIVE sessions and on your TikTok profile:

  • Adult or sexually explicit content — including suggestive behavior, nudity, and sexual solicitation.
  • Hate speech — content targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
  • Violence and graphic content — including threats, depictions of violence, or dangerous activities.
  • Drugs and illegal substances — promoting, using, or discussing illegal drugs during streams.
  • Misinformation — spreading false or misleading information, health claims, or conspiracy theories.

4. No Scams or Fraud

Hosts must never engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices:

  • Do not solicit money, gifts, or donations through false pretenses.
  • Do not use fake engagement (viewbots, fake followers, purchased likes).
  • Do not impersonate other creators, brands, or agency staff.
  • Do not share login credentials, OTP codes, or personal financial information of others.
  • Do not make exaggerated income claims or "guaranteed earnings" promises to recruit others.

5. Intellectual Property

Respect intellectual property rights:

  • Do not use copyrighted music, videos, or images without proper authorization.
  • Credit original creators when appropriate.
  • Do not claim others' content as your own.

6. Scheduling & Commitment

Hosts are expected to maintain a consistent streaming schedule as agreed upon during onboarding:

  • Meet minimum weekly streaming hours as outlined in your agreement.
  • Communicate schedule changes or absences to your manager in advance.
  • Participate in scheduled training sessions and performance reviews.
  • Respond to manager communications within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Confidentiality

Hosts must maintain confidentiality of:

  • Internal agency strategies, training materials, and proprietary methods.
  • Private communications with managers and agency staff.
  • Other hosts' personal information and performance data.
  • Revenue details and commercial terms of the Collaboration Agreement.

8. Reporting Violations

If you witness or become aware of conduct that violates this Code of Conduct:

  • Report it to your dedicated manager or the agency compliance team immediately.
  • Provide relevant evidence (screenshots, recordings, timestamps) when possible.
  • Reports are handled confidentially. Retaliation against reporters is strictly prohibited.

9. Enforcement

Violations of this Code of Conduct are addressed based on severity:

  • First offense (minor): Written warning and coaching session.
  • Second offense: Temporary suspension of agency support and features.
  • Severe violations: Immediate termination from the agency. Examples include fraud, harassment, illegal activity, or repeated minor violations.

The agency reserves the right to determine the appropriate response to any violation.

10. Acknowledgment

By joining Vinka Live Agency, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Code of Conduct. This is a living document and may be updated periodically — hosts will be notified of significant changes.
