2. Application & Registration

By submitting an application through our website:

• You confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful.
• You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
• You understand that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into our agency.
• You consent to our review of your TikTok profile and publicly available content as part of the screening process.

3. Collaboration Agreement

Accepted hosts will be required to sign a separate Collaboration Agreement that outlines:

• Scope of services and support provided by the agency.
• Host obligations, including minimum streaming hours and content standards.
• Revenue sharing and payment terms.
• Duration, renewal, and termination conditions.

The Collaboration Agreement is a separate binding document. These website Terms do not replace or override the Collaboration Agreement.

4. Platform Disclaimer

Vinka Live Agency operates independently as a talent management agency. We are not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with TikTok or ByteDance unless explicitly stated otherwise. All platform-related features, policies, and services are subject to TikTok's own terms and conditions.

5. No Guarantee of Earnings

We provide training, coaching, and support to help hosts maximize their potential on the TikTok LIVE platform. However:

• We do not guarantee any specific income, revenue, or earnings.
• Results vary based on individual effort, content quality, audience reception, and platform algorithms.
• Any income examples, if shared, are for illustrative purposes only and do not represent guaranteed outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design elements — is the property of Vinka Live Agency or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

7. Anti-Fraud Policy

We maintain a strict anti-fraud policy:

• We never ask for passwords, OTP codes, or PIN numbers.
• We never request upfront payments or registration fees.
• Any communication claiming to be from us that asks for such information is fraudulent. Please report it immediately.
• Hosts found engaging in fraudulent activity — including fake engagement, viewbotting, or scamming — will be immediately terminated.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vinka Live Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.

We are not responsible for any actions taken by TikTok or other third-party platforms regarding your account, content, or earnings.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, the Code of Conduct, or the Collaboration Agreement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiation or, if necessary, through the appropriate courts in Indonesia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
